We are getting a lot of spam comments that are very offensive. I can't figure out how to delete them or block them, but I will ask someone that knows more about it than I do. I apologize for this and will have it fixed as soon as I can.
Very sad!!! I have removed the comments-if I have missed any please let me know. To delete them one of 2 ways:when reading post click on the negative comment and pick delete, will then ask 'forever' and check yes.-of course need to be logged in to blogger. Other way: once logged in, click 'design' top right, then click 'comments' will show all comments and below can report as spam and delete. Let me know if you need anything else!!! If the comments don't stop we can turn the spam filter on-everyone who writes a comment will have to enter a correct inscription code.
Thanks for all of the help Audra! I've looked, I've tried, and I've been to the blog help, but it won't let me do all of that stuff. Basically, all i can do is make entries, but I have no control over the settings or deleting comments. I guess some people have nothing else to do with their miserable lives than to post crap on other people's blog.
I'm sorry John, I checked the settings and I only had you as an author-sorry! I have changed it so you should be able to do anything that you'd like now. I went ahead and made the change -that when someone leaves a comment they will have to type in a security encrypted message to help reduce the spam. You already had another 'bad' comment so I deleted it and made this change. Feel free to switch it back if you'd like or I can if you choose. It wouldn't be so bad to have spam comments, but the ones on here are 'really BaD' ones!! I hope that this helps and that Miss Briley gets to feeling better real soon.
